1. Whenever you are out there looking for a diet, you have to be very sure about what food it is encouraging you to eat. Fibrous foods traditionally have been thought to be very filling foods, which do not really leave our stomachs with a lot of space to indulge in more food. So having lots of water, fiber and protein like lean meats and vegetables can really help you with quick fat loss before your big day.

2. Vegetables like lettuce, cabbage, celery can help you get the required amount of iron, will keep you full and thus will help you in getting on with weight loss. Virtually devoid of any calories these vegetables can help you tackle weight loss easily. Moreover these are extremely fibrous, decreasing our hunger pangs to a great extent. What I suggest for a good meal is to have a bowl full of fresh salad along with a small portion of some nutritious food. This will ensure that you are getting your nutrition and for the extra craving that you have, you can turn to the salad!

3. Grapefruit ( 98% water and only 39 calories) and carrots which are 88% water and 25 calories in one raw cup are two of the most popular food items that people have been using to confuse the brain into feeling that the stomach is full, to send wrong signals to it! Whatever fruit you have decided to indulge in should be fresh if possible. Usually the canned variety of fruit that is available in the market should be stayed away from as much as possible because of the huge amounts of sugar content that it is consisted of.

4. Stay away from those fizzy drinks that you have in your refrigerator. Besides being harmful to your bones, these drinks have known to be responsible for the increase in weight as well. Instead, start taking in more and more water if you can. Besides being good for your health and weight, water is also good for the skin! What more can you ask for before your wedding?!

You will learn how to lose weight before your wedding if you just keep your mind open to the tips that I have just laid down. It is better to completely change your lifestyle rather than adopting a diet only for a few weeks or months. Studies have shown that this way does not really help and what happens is that we usually gain the weight back that we have just lost, when we get back to the old routine. So, design an appropriate diet plan, write it down and stick to it; you will lose tremendous weight before your wedding!
