You Must Add Exercise For Rapid Weight Loss!

If you're under a time constraint to slim down then you must exercise for rapid weight loss. There's really no way around it. To lose even one pound in a week, you must reduce your calories by 3500! That would be 500 fewer calories a day that you consume.

Most people looking for quick weight loss won't be satisfied with a one-pound drop in a week, which means that your caloric reduction would have to be much more drastic. Significantly cutting your calories will make your metabolism slow down and become sluggish. This action further slows your weight loss.

You simply must add exercise for rapid weight loss. If you decrease your caloric consumption by 500 and burn an additional 500 calories a day through activity, your weight loss total just reached two pounds a week. If that isn't enough to satisfy you, then you'll have to be even more active. It's a fairly simple formula that all goes back to calories in versus calories out.

One important thing to keep in mind is that your body is an efficient fuel-burning machine. Everything you do from sitting in front of the television to cutting your grass burns calories. So to increase the number of calories you burn each day, you don't have to exercise for hours. Instead, just look for ways to be more active.

There are many ways to easily increase your activity during the day. Walk your dog twice a day, or borrow the neighbor's dog. Park further away from your destination. Make frequent trips up and down stairs. Take a short walk with the family after dinner. Play basketball with your kids. Pick weeds. Rake leaves. Wash your car. Every activity will burn more calories.

When you lose weight quickly, you tend to lose lean muscle mass. By adding exercise for rapid weight loss, you'll help ensure that you retain lean muscle and encourage the loss of fat instead. Your workout routine, if done regularly and with intensity, will also help tone your body and prevent excessively loose skin.
